Medieval Times, LSU, Wolfest, Working on the Computer

Mamaw took Abby Grace and I to Medieval Times last weekend. We had so much fun!! Mamaw paid extra for us to get on the front row...best seat in the house! The King announced Abby Grace's birthday and we had birthday cake too!

Cousin Leslie from Kentucky sent the girls LSU scarves and Abby Grace LSU headband and bracelets. So we all sported our LSU!!!

Abby Grace let me hot roll her hair for Wolfest (school carnival). She was beautiful!

Justin had left the room the other day and came back to find Ashlyn on his computer! She looks like him and acts like him!! :)

Kentucky

We went to Kentucky at the end of September to see family and through Tanner Jay a baby shower. Me, mom and the girl flew to Nashville and met up with Brad, Brandy, Mimi and Deda to drive to Kentucky. Jess, Jessica and Ash made it in later that night. It was a weekend full of cards, eating, family, eating, just dance and more eating. We had such a wonderful time and my cousin Leslie from Kentucky is an unbelievable hostess!!! She has a beautiful house and we kept telling her that she should open a bed and breakfast! Les took us to their version of the pumpkin patch...we all had so much fun. The whole extended family and friends were invited to Tanner Jay's baby shower. Brad and Brandy got great gifts to start his nursery! It was a wonderful weekend- full of memories!!!

Ashlyn is 7 months old!

Ashlyn turned seven months old yesterday. She is 18lbs, but feels like a ton! Ashlyn is sitting up, rolling over and pulling up. She says "dada" all the time. She loves vegetables and hates fruit. Her new favorite toy is a spatula (thanks to cousin Leslie from Kentucky)! Ashlyn is full of life and already has such a huge personality. She never stops moving!!! Ashlyn is wearing size 6-9 month clothes. We pulled down some of Abby Grace's old clothes the other day for Ashlyn. It was neat to look through and see the clothes she wore for her first b-day, first Thanksgiving and first Christmas!...it seems like yesterday!

I am blessed to have the opportunity to begin staying at home with Ashlyn and working from my home office. Today was my last day in the office and Ashlyn's last day at school. We are so excited to be home together everyday!
